Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all items are backed by the Ironclad Guarantee. if you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it for a repair, replacement or refund.
Does Patagonia Burlington offer gear repair services?
We advocate for repair over replacement. You can bring your damaged gear to our Burlington location or mail it to our repair center to extend the life of your garment.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
Are the materials used in your clothing sustainable?
